We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can and try to do a post run daily to ensure everyones order is posted within 24 hours , however please allow 1-3 days for us to package and send your order before messaging or emailing because delays do happen.
Mollymays will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post. However we will help you to the best of our ability to track your item.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer refund or exchange on our earrings, necklaces or body products.
If you purchase an item and it arrives the wrong size , we can issue an exchange, refund or store credit once the item is received back here at Mollymays as long as it is in its original state, and it must be received back within 14 days of purchase.
We do not refund or return online for change of mind!
Of course if an item is damaged or faulty we will issue a refund.
